These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jaza Jaza platform ("we," "us," "our"). They apply to all users, buyers, and sellers using our platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Jaza Jaza.

2. User Accounts

• To access certain features, you must create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Product Listings & Orders

• Sellers are responsible for listing accurate product details.

• Jaza Jaza is not liable for inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by third-party vendors.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via mobile money, card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where applicable).

• All payment information is processed securely.

• Prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times may vary based on location and product type.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

• Jaza Jaza is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Some items are non-returnable (e.g., perishables, intimate goods, digital items).

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.

• Post or share offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Jaza Jaza, including logos, images, text, and software, is our property or that of our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Jaza Jaza is provided "as is" and "as available".

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaza Jaza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data. 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
